EXPANDED PERLITE P-MAX – Expanded Perlite 2 Litres

FEATURES

Expanded perlite is an extremely light and highly porous volcanic rock and these physical characteristics enable it to absorb large quantities of water, which it then gradually releases into the soil. In addition, it retains fertilisers, thus making them available to the soil for a long time, performs a soil draining function and keeps the soil well aired and oxygenated. It filters surplus water and provides the root systems with protection against sudden changes in temperature, thus favouring their development.

Expanded perlite is used as a growing substrate, soil amendment and ameliorant for:

• Loam mixtures;
• Striking;
• Reducing the weight of containers;
• Covering cellular containers;
• Preparation of mixtures for setts;
• Mulching;
• Decoration;
• Propagation of flowering, garden and vegetable plants;
• Restaking or transferring young seed-generated plants from a pot or box to larger containersi.

Particle size : 2-6 mm
pH: 6,5-7,5

USE AND DOSES

Mix with the loam at a dose of 10-15% in volume (e.g. 2l of perlite for 45l of substrate). The dosage can be varied according to the degrees of porosity and softness to be obtained.

From January to December

on the environmental conditions. Keep out of the reach of children and pets. Do not
swallow. The instructions are applicable to the use indicated. Do not dispose of the
container in the environment. Avoid contact with the eyes and skin.
